Prepare Alpha 0.3.11 for release

Purpose

Bring the reviewed Gold, Food, and Wood expedition work into one Alpha 0.3.11 release candidate, fix the scheduled lifecycle defect found during integration, and simplify the repository before external review.

Player impact

• Adds server-governed Gold Mine, Wheat Farm, and Logging Camp expeditions.
• Adds the shared forest, procedural grass, focused site records, and accessible resource tooltips.
• Keeps castle ownership durable when public Farcaster presentation changes.
• Refreshes the Alpha agreement and patch notes in plain language.
• Keeps Stone Quarry work visual-only; no Stone-site authority is activated.

Authority and operations

• Preserves the deployed schema prefix and adds only reviewed refs through schema generation 8.
• Keeps private expedition, identity, ownership, idempotency, and balance state out of public browser bindings.
• Removes an invalid scheduler-auth guard that blocked SpacetimeDB's own private scheduled reducers; lifecycle rows still revalidate their exact expedition, site, castle, phase, and timestamp.
• Gives the real scheduler proof a dedicated 15-minute process deadline while all other preflights retain shorter bounds.
• Adds aggregate-only activation checks and non-destructive, fail-closed publication controls.
• Does not contain credentials, production identities, proofs, QR payloads, or private logs.

Maintainability

• Extracts Realm projection and presentation helpers from the largest renderer.
• Removes obsolete Mac-only autonomous QA infrastructure, duplicate release drafts, stale incident narratives, and an old identity-bearing screenshot.
• Rewrites the README, architecture, recovery, activation, and contributor guidance around the current product.
• Adds a concise pull request template and Code of Conduct.

Validation

• Frontend: 181 files, 1,637 tests; typecheck and production/Pages builds pass.
• Auth bridge: 173 Node tests and 4 Workerd tests pass.
• SpacetimeDB: 173 pure tests, module build, and generated-binding comparison pass.
• The disposable additive proof completed a real scheduled Gold arrival and one exactly-once collection; long 30-day expiry/return stages remain pure authority coverage.
• Rendered WebGL: 14 cases and 25 journey checks pass.
• Runtime assets, file-size policy, license policy, Pages configuration, dependency audits, registry signatures, and attestations pass.

Production publication, component seeds, and Pages deployment remain separate guarded steps after protected merge.
