Clarify Warpkeep's living frontier and Alpha participation

• frame groves, gathering places, and visible caravans as active design experiments—not shipped features or promises
• link the provenance-tracked Warpkeep-Assets archive for players and contributors
• disclose in the pre-auth participation window that the intended core strategy loop is not yet implemented
• describe the Alpha as an early visual and persistent-world foundation, welcome open-source contribution and feedback, and explain that community ideas may find expression in the Realm

Truth boundary

Alpha 0.3.8, 10,000 persistent cells, and the existing live/player boundaries remain unchanged. The new consent-window paragraph is product-state context; it does not change the canonical legal document, Terms version, acceptance authority, authentication behavior, database module, deployment, or release.
