chore(repo-map): stabilize final snapshot

What changed

Stabilizes the final generated repository-map snapshot after the completed night loop.

Why

A map generated before its own commit is one history entry behind. This branch deliberately commits once, regenerates against that committed HEAD, and amends the same commit. The resulting snapshot passes repo-map:check at the committed HEAD and remains stable after squash because the changed path set and history count are unchanged.

Validation

• git diff --check
• bun run typecheck
• bun run lint — 2 pinned warnings / 0 errors
• loopback-only, external-network-denied unit gate — 469 pass / 0 fail
• bun run build
• bun run examples:catalog:check
