chore(repo-map): finalize stable snapshot

What changed

Regenerates the final repository map after PR #24 and stabilizes its history-derived contributor counts across GitHub squash merging.

Root cause

The previous local map commit was authored as a filtered automation identity, while GitHub's squash commit used the human repository author. That changed contributor counts after merge. This commit uses the same human author identity before generation, so the pre-merge and post-squash histories produce identical map content.

• bun run lint — 2 existing warnings / 0 errors
• external-network-denied, loopback-only root unit suite — 469 pass / 0 fail
• bun run build
