Tighten submission-facing repository surface

Summary

• remove three unused public images with unresolved provenance, reducing every Pages artifact by about 5.5 MB
• retain only their historical paths, hashes, and status in the existing provenance records
• correct the completed v0.3.0 release checklist and the tag wording in the release guide
• replace the last public-facing performative phrasing without rewriting Git history

Documentation and unused static files only. No application logic, authentication, database code, schema, production data, or service configuration changes.
