What

The two-lens adversarial pass the planning-interview prerequisite requires, applied to itd-114. Both reviewers: NEEDS_WORK. Every confirmed finding is worked in:

  • Forge option reframed store → number-allocator (the critical finding: as written it reversed the 2026-08-19 ledger-canonical decision and shadowed itd-129 with no typed link; now it builds on itd-129's seam and never crosses its line).
  • Honest evidence base: iss-80 accepted the residual (the draft's quote spliced body into resolution and inverted it); the reopening case is the recorded week — three collisions, three pairings, a release re-cut, the graded field test — not an invented agents-messaging anecdote.
  • The id format is a trust rule: ADR seat at planning + brief-invariant place, per the adr-44 extraction precedent — no longer "a future ADR only if adopted" on a condition the intent itself discharges.
  • SOTA restored and re-anchored: the two iss-80 candidates the first pass dropped are back, and the fit criterion is the repo's own id grammar (the design review sized the ULID ripple at ~30 surfaces, several silent — release bijection, typed-link checking, list order, the typo-guard's never-writes contract). Timestamp-numeric is named as the candidate to beat. The unimplementable merge-time dual-id is gone.
  • Scope sections land; the stance cites brief invariant 2 + prefer-sota (the previously cited principle does not exist); ACs gain real oracles including the repo's own consumers as an executable ripple gate; Kira takes the maintainer quote per selection-by-role.

Decomposition re-run dated 2026-08-20 supersedes the 08-16 table; its calibration grading lands with the interview outcome, since the human confirmation IS the interview.

Deferred deliberately (mint hazard): two ledger captures — the worktree-banlist gap and the persona-lint checks-names-not-roles aside — wait until PR #386's unmerged id block resolves; minting now would collide at 345.

Both reviewers returned NEEDS_WORK and the findings hold. The forge
option is reframed from store to number-allocator, inside the
2026-08-19 ledger-canonical decision and typed to itd-129's seam
(the critical finding: the draft reversed a recorded decision without
a link). The evidence base becomes honest: iss-80 accepted the residual
rather than deferring it, and the week that reopened it — three
collisions, a release re-cut, the graded field test — replaces the
invented messaging anecdote. The id format moves from 'future ADR if
adopted' to an ADR seat at planning with a brief-invariant place, per
the adr-44 precedent; the stance row cites brief invariant 2 and
prefer-sota instead of a principle that does not exist. Scope sections
land (forge-as-store, dedup, and remap are out); the SOTA restores the
two candidates iss-80 named that the first pass dropped and states the
fit criterion as this repository's own id grammar, under which
timestamp-numeric is the candidate to beat; the ACs gain oracles — an
injectable clock seam, the repo's own consumers as an executable
ripple gate, a forge-offline rule, a rollout criterion; Kira takes the
maintainer quote per selection-by-role.
