The 2026-08-20 planning interview ruled the four forks: the native mint is timestamp-numeric (the reversal flag discharges — the format stays numeric and time-ordered); rollout is captures-first with every family following through the one seam; a forge-configured offline mint falls back to native loudly; the uniqueness detectors stay as the scheme's assertion. adr-45 holds the trust rules with brief invariant 11 landed in the same change, per the adr-44 precedent both reviewers cited; intent plan minted spc-33 and moved the intent to planned/.
