Fix debug outline asset root matching

Summary

• resolve render bundle URL keys through the runtime asset root before outline matching
• cover the deployed versioned CDN asset-root case in the render bundle runtime test

Validation

• node --test test/runtime/renderBundlePreloadUrls.test.mjs
• node test/runContracts.mjs
• node node_modules/vite/bin/vite.js build

Note: pnpm build hit the local [ERR_PNPM_IGNORED_BUILDS] wrapper issue before Vite ran, so I validated with the direct Vite build entrypoint.
