# Connect to Intuit Enterprise Suite

Intuit Enterprise Suite is a separate connection option on your workspace's **Accounting** page, listed directly below **QuickBooks Online**. Connecting it syncs your accounting data between Intuit Enterprise Suite and Expensify so you can code and export expenses without manual entry.

Intuit Enterprise Suite and QuickBooks Online are separate connections. A workspace can use only one accounting connection at a time.

---

## Who can connect Intuit Enterprise Suite

To connect Intuit Enterprise Suite, you must:

- Be a **Workspace Admin**
- Be on the **Control** plan
- Have an Intuit Enterprise Suite account

The **Intuit Enterprise Suite** option appears on every workspace's **Accounting** page, but clicking **Connect** on a **Collect** plan workspace opens an upgrade message instead of starting the connection. [Learn more about the Control plan](/articles/new-expensify/billing-and-subscriptions/explore-plans-subscriptions-and-pricing/Compare-Collect-and-Control-Plans).

If **Accounting** is not enabled on your workspace, you must turn it on before the **Accounting** menu item appears.

---
