update deno deploy guide to have consistent commands

Description

This PR updates the last section of the Deno Deploy guide to also explain how pnpm and yarn setups work.

Additionally, I refactored some parts:

• rename named link to be hyphenated instead of title case
• consistently have pnpm mentioned before yarn (because the PackageManager component orders it like that)
• remove run in all pnpm and yarn commands because both package managers support the shorter option (I think I'll create a follow-up PR which makes this consistent across all docs, if people agree to the shorter command 🤔)
