I’m sorry? This pr adds jspecify annotations, which are being adopted by many popular libraries like guava, etc. I also linked the issue #374. |

This pull request was done entirely manually and has no functionality changes. This turned out to be a much larger change than anticipated. I used IntelliJ to verify the annotations and manually disregarded the many false positives.
