Update Rust and TypeScript dependencies, including clap 4.6.5, clap_complete 4.6.8, Vite Plus 0.2.7, and js-sha256 1.0.0; discard exact npm pins; and update docker/login-action from 4.5.1 to 4.6.0. Rust and the 2026 copyright notice were already current.
