This was needed so litesvm includes the System program with CreateAccountAllowPrefund instruction.

Program
Currently the program is using a combination of
AllocateandAssignwhen initializing a pre-funded account, but could use the newCreateAccountAllowPrefundinstruction.Solution
Use
CreateAccountAllowPrefundinstead.Note: This PR is blocked on #83 and litesvm update.
