Removes docs/design-e2e-kind-harness.md (relocated → amir-deris-designs e2e-test-harness/, add-PR amir-deris-designs#2). Inbound audit (canonical origin/main 73701f1): 0 refs anywhere — clean removal, no stub. Owner-gated: this removes Amir's doc, so it awaits Amir's review/merge. Paired with amir-deris-designs#2.
