Huh 🤔 Does std-replacement-data need an [repo.environments] entry? In #2516 I don't think that was added in the repo file itself, maybe it was removed?

GitHub automatically generates a github-pages environment whenever you use the deploy action (which std-replacement-data does). It should probably be added here so it doesn't keep deleting and recreating it.
