This PR makes
rs fmtoutput easier to scan by using semantic rslog levels for formatting progress and successful writes. It also routes command help through rslog and replaces the Prettier-specific success copy with a formatter-agnostic message.--list-differentkeeps plain path output for scripting compatibility.
