Summary
This PR replaces WorkTank with Tinypool for formatter worker execution while preserving the existing formatter behavior. Tinypool remains a runtime dependency and relies on Rslib's default dependency externalization. Worker tasks now use object payloads, and pool shutdown is awaited to ensure cleanup completes.
