Format eve7 tutorials

The 'author' line was missing in severel eve7 tutorials.
Therefore they appeared badly formatted in the ROOT documentation.

One need add "Alja Mrak Tadel" as author of the tutorials.
She create most of them.
Just see modifications history for all of them.

Maybe @alja or @osschar can comment as well
