Addresses CVE-2026-59892
Bump pinned dependencies:
@opentelemetry/auto-instrumentations-node from 0.76.0 to 0.79.0
@opentelemetry/sdk-node from 0.218.0 to 0.220
and @opentelemetry/propagator-jaeger to 2.9.0 or higher with
