Add all public redhat-developer/rhdh-* repositories that were missing from the repository map. Organized into logical groups: testing & diagnostics, plugin packaging, documentation, CI/CD, and agent skills. Updated ecosystem diagram and common workflows section accordingly. Assisted-by: Claude Code
