The scheduled metrics refresh is currently blocked by an expired
METRICS_TOKENand upstream HTTP 429. Metrics freshness is repository telemetry, not a code/package correctness gate. Keep the check and warning visible, but do not fail otherwise-greenmainbuilds.Validation:
