Remove standalone DocPull website

Summary

• delete the standalone Next.js product site and all static assets
• remove web workspace dependencies, root scripts, security jobs, and release-scorecard gates
• make GitHub, PyPI, and the MCP Registry the canonical public surfaces
• update launch/release documentation to prevent accidental redeployment

Validation

• mise x -- bun run validate:full
  • 1,042 Python tests passed; 17 live-only skips
  • 15 MCP tests passed
  • Ruff, formatting, mypy, MCP typecheck passed
  • reproducible wheel/sdist build passed
• mise x -- bun audit — no vulnerabilities
• focused contract/CI tests — 38 passed
• claim audit — 14 areas, no issues
• gitleaks diff scan — no leaks

Production decommission

• Vercel project docpull permanently deleted with all deployments
• docpull.raintree.technology and docpull.vercel.app now return 404
• custom Vercel alias removed
