- remove disallowing QRaffle SC and QXMR token in asset raffle
- change the default QuRaffle pool amount from 10M to 1M
- integrate with Random SC.(collateral tier = 0, bits = 256)

Looks good so far. Please merge current develop branch into it. Also this needs a proposal as the logic changes. Also mention that payout to winner decreases from 80% -> 79%. |
