Converts library, Pittwire news, and people-directory support to readable client APIs and typed immutable models. Pittwire topics are discovered dynamically, unknown people-directory labels are preserved, and library requests use explicit query parameters without a fixed cache timestamp. People searches identify themselves with a PittAPI user agent.
