validation: advance Deep-range EMA corpus artifacts

What changed

Advance the corpus gitlink to pineforge-corpus#12.

That corpus change pins the Deep range origin plus the existing default-off chart EMA warmup for two equivalent score-composite probes, regenerates their tapes, and refreshes the canonical report.

Causal evidence

A preregistered 2x2 isolated the interaction:

• full history + warmup off: unchanged Strong
• full history + warmup on: unchanged Strong
• range start + warmup off: unchanged Strong
• range start + warmup on: exact TradingView tape, Excellent

Neither factor alone changes the trade tape. Together they remove one engine-only split round-trip at the start of the Deep range, with all other 3,909 trades unchanged.

No engine or codegen semantics change in this PR.

Validation

• each target: 3,910 TV / 3,910 engine / 3,910 matched
• count abs delta 0; entry P90 0; exit P90 0; PnL P90 0.0829%; coverage 100%
• full corpus: 252 verified — 245 Excellent / 6 Strong / 1 expected Anomaly
