Points at plotnick/rustyline 024dd8b (18.0.0 master plus the fix) so the repl's EOF handling can be verified on real illumos. Revert to the crates.io release once the fix ships. Co-Authored-By: Claude Mythos 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
