adds a github actions workflow to advance semantic release tags to the target commit on merged pull requests or workflow dispatch. filters pr changes to release-trigger files and supports two update modes: latest per major or all release tags. generates a detailed job summary of results.
Replace the PyPI installation of jcodemunch-mcp with a versioned GitHub source install. Remove the resolve_caveman_version helper and inline the call to resolve_github_latest_version.
