The removal is complete and self-consistent: all six packages (macremapper, libdcwproto, libdcwsocket, dcstad, mrmctl, dcwapd) are fully deleted with no leftover files, no dangling references to these package names remain anywhere in the tree, the commit message accurately matches the changes, and all CI checks pass.

Why this is still RFC? We can merge this and then it can be removed from LuCI. |
It seems these softwares are no longer maintained, because the latest upstream commit is 7 years ago. I think Wi-Fi 7 MLO provides similar feature. This commit drops macremapper, libdcwproto, libdcwsocket, dcstad, mrmctl and dcwapd. Signed-off-by: Yanase Yuki <dev@zpc.st>

The head moved from 8041734 to ec68b88, but this is a rebase onto current master — the PR's own diff is byte-identical to the previously reviewed version (all 16 files, 1324 deletions unchanged). Re-checked against the new base: no references to dcwapd, dcstad, libdcwproto, libdcwsocket, macremapper or mrmctl remain anywhere in the packages tree, the commit message still matches the changes, and all 14 checks on ec68b88 are green.
