The README currently has gaps between content and the real onboarding experience. This PR adds missing information, reworks grammar and spelling mistakes, and updates/rewords wording to match the application.
The intention is to expand the written text. It should contains all the information necessary to setup your first Runbot instance.
After review, another iteration over all the text is planned to contract the text volume and rework into an actual quickstart. This needs to go hand-in-hand with changes to the process loops and installed data (/demo data).
