This commit allows editor plugins to mark non-editable nodes as formattable through is_formattable_node_predicates. Formatting and toolbar logic now rely on isNodeFormattable so protected content can still expose style changes when explicitly allowed. This allows to changes the style of some text while preventing the user from editing the textContent.
Introduce a website snippet that displays a number counting from a configured start and end values, supporting both increasing and decreasing values. It can be used to highlight statistics, growth, reductions, or other metrics. Timing controls are shared with on-appearance animations so users do not have to configure the same delay and duration twice when combining both effects. The number is set as formattable but not editable as its text content will changed during the animation. task-5358340
