The swizzled Server component imported OPENAPI_SERVER from @theme/translationIds, a constant that doesn't exist in the installed docusaurus-theme-openapi-docs version. Every API reference page with a server selector crashed on mount. Use the literal translation ID string instead, matching the upstream component. Also removes the abandoned OpenAPI dedup plan from the Change Tracker API docs guide — GET and POST operations are published as-is going forward.
