Replicate Caller Num on data2 field of queue_log

Queue lost call report needs caller number also in data2 field of queue_log table for the event (FULL, JOINEMPTY, JOINUNAVAIL) otherwise it is not possible to connect the missed calls of the queue to those answers of the same caller to have an overall status of the caller.
