Bump @nebari/starlight to ^0.3.0 and pass its new githubHref option so the docs header GitHub icon opens this pack's repository instead of the nebari-dev org. The header logo keeps linking to the packs portal. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
