- measure-mirror pin 5a61ae4→3e2aaf24 (both v0.25.0): picks up #25 catalog specimen (v1.4/39 entries). Docs-only downstream. - server.py connect-time DISCIPLINE catalog count 38→39 (catalog grew via #25). - CHANGELOG + version 0.2.3→0.2.4. Note: this stale count was a false-OK in the cross-repo checker's CP2 (it only saw measure-mirror's READMEs, not this server's reference). That's a genuine coverage gap; a sibling session caught it by directgh api(trust the measurement, not the local-clone view).
