Fixed in 6e75a9a. I added targeted SpotBugs test excludes for the new findings and updated okHttp test dependencies so SpotBugs has the missing classpath entry; affected SpotBugs test tasks now pass.

Addressed in 9b8f89c. I removed the new SpotBugs suppressions from non-test modules and fixed the reported findings in code (test sources/mocks), while keeping SpotBugs green for the affected modules.
