Auto Patch mtr for CVE-2026-14461.

LGTM (patch matches upstream, although only merged in main branch not in release which is a pattern of this package)

  • Buddy Build 
  • patch applied during the build (check rpm.log)
  • patch include an upstream reference
  • PR has security tag
