Completes the remaining small areas in one bundle: HumanResources, Foundation, Assembly, Modules. Moves 5 reports -- Employee - Absences by Causes, Employee - Staff Absences (HumanResources), Create Fiscal Year (Foundation), Assemble to Order - Sales (Assembly), User Task List (Modules) -- adding report-level ToolTips and removing the duplicate action ToolTips across 4 pages (incl. a cross-namespace ref on the Projects JobProjectManager role center). classify now reports all four areas = 0 remaining. Tooltip-only; BOM/EOL preserved.
Country propagation for the small-areas W1 bundle: the FR Create Fiscal Year report fork gets the report-level ToolTip; 3 page forks have duplicate action ToolTips removed (FR + NO Foundation AccountingPeriods, NA Projects JobProjectManagerRC cross-ref). Fork set derived with Invoke-Miapp (authoritative); changed set exactly matches (0 missing / 0 extra). Tooltip-only; BOM/EOL preserved.

Moves the report action ToolTips onto the report objects themselves for the remaining small areas (HumanResources, Foundation, Assembly, Modules), bundled into one PR. The tooltip is now defined once on the report and applies wherever the report is invoked — the page action inherits it via the 2025 release wave 1 feature "Running objects in actions defaults to UI descriptors on target object" — and the now-duplicate
ToolTipis removed from the page actions.Reports moved (5): Employee - Absences by Causes, Employee - Staff Absences (HumanResources), Create Fiscal Year (Foundation), Assemble to Order - Sales (Assembly), User Task Utility (Modules).
This clears the last remaining actionable reports —
