- removes the allowlist columns from the extraction jobs. We are still exploring the data so we need to have all columns and then we can trim it later.
- 3 new tables are also extracted form paymentv2
- fix a bug in the staging file path that results in random crashes of the extraction jobs
- make the workflow sequential (will be reverted later to parallel execution)
