All 24 findings closed, findings_partial empty, tickets complete or retired (PHV5-003 via CR-7), PHV5-044 Part 2 recorded A-I, 7.1.0 released and pinned. Later lifecycle phases stay not_started by design: the split program's live install verification, dogfood run, runtime evidence and two releases served those roles.
