kai usage / auth status now show seat assignment and both the daily and monthly LLM spend caps (commit metering removed). Bumps kai-engine to v0.1.2, which carries the seat + daily/monthly fields in the remote API response structs. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
