Summary

Adds a one-time workflow_dispatch workflow to close open GitHub issues that were filed from Aikido for other repositories and do not apply to this Go microservices codebase.

Issues kept (microservices-related)

Usage

After merge, run Actions → Close Unrelated Issues → Run workflow.

Open in Web Open in Cursor 

Adds a workflow_dispatch job that closes open issues filed for other
repositories (Laravel, Next.js, PHP, frontend) that do not apply to this
Go microservices codebase.
