- Upgrade Go from 1.25 to 1.26.4 across all go.mod files, go.work, and CI workflows
- Pin Docker base images to patch-level tags (golang:1.26.4-alpine3.23, alpine:3.23.0, node:22.15.1-alpine3.21)
- Update golang.org/x/crypto, golang.org/x/net, and google.golang.org/grpc to patched versions
- Align inline go.work generation in Dockerfiles with Go 1.26.4
