Infrastructure-only launcher for the already-frozen V121 pretrained semantic residual. No scientific changes: same 2,500 deterministic rows, Jina embeddings, objective/session grouped OOF, within-objective shuffle ablation, hard-collision gate, and original precommit. Uses staged 16-shard transport to avoid hosted-runner timeout.
