RCG-derived composition test after V133/V134 close verifier-derived transcript observables. V135 converts the old V105 complementarity into a deployable operator: inner-OOF learning of V75/RELATED/objective-difficulty composition only for support-seen rows, with exact V97 fallback for unsupported objectives. No fold-selected outer weights and no sweep.
