RCG-derived follow-up to V133. V133 closes arithmetic truth in isolation despite 69.2% coverage. V134 tests the narrower missing relation implicated by V75: whether independent arithmetic truth agrees with the tutor's subsequent positive/negative judgment. Control rotates tutor judgments within session, preserving marginals while destroying pairing. Outer validation untouched; residual fit uses inner-OOF V97 only. No sweep.
