Constraint-derived follow-up after V132 closes ordinary runtime-visible applicability/routing. V133 tests a genuinely new sample-local observable: independently verifying explicit arithmetic tutor-question → student-answer pairs rather than relying on tutor feedback or semantic text. Frozen control rotates numeric answers within session while preserving marginals. Outer validation remains untouched; residual fitting uses inner-OOF V97 only. No feature/threshold sweep.
