Constraint-derived follow-up to V129/V131. V129 shows control-separated uptake signal in label-defined ambiguity; V131 shows label-free prediction density is too broad. V132 asks whether applicability itself is learnable without leakage. Each outer fold trains the gate only from inner-OOF V97/correction behavior on outer-training rows, using runtime-visible state, then applies it to untouched outer validation. Identical rotated-reply control gate. No sweep.
