Constraint-derived follow-up to V129. V129 was globally harmful but improved label-defined hard collisions and beat within-session rotated replies there. V131 removes the non-deployable opposite-label clause: gate-positive means another row with the same objective has V97 within 0.01. Apply frozen uptake correction only inside that label-free crowded region and leave V97 unchanged elsewhere; compare against identically gated rotated-reply control. No sweep.
