Add live consolidation proposal scoring evidence

Summary

• add a Docker-scoped real-world-memory-live-consolidation gate that materializes the consolidation fixture slice through the ELF live service adapter
• publish XY-934 live consolidation proposal scoring Markdown/JSON evidence with lineage, confidence/usefulness, unsupported-claim flags, review audit transitions, and zero source mutations
• update benchmark indexes, competitor matrices, and the Dreaming-readiness ledger to record the narrow ELF self-check while keeping direct competitor runners/reference projects unclaimed
