CreateBoard's permission check on r/gnoland/boards2/v1 requires loading the realm's gPerms object graph (ReadFlat), which costs >20M gas on the live test-13 realm and grows over time. Raise gas-wanted/gas-fee to 100M/5000000ugnot on all boards2 calls, and bump ADDR_1's one-shot funding from 150 to 250 GNOT to cover the added cost across the 3 new scripts.
